Wedding Photographer Brand & Website Design

A brand rooted in feeling, not performance

Some brands don’t need to be louder. They need to be truer. Morgan came to me with a vision that wasn’t about trends or perfectly curated moments; it was about capturing what’s real. The in-between. The unposed. The kind of love that doesn’t ask for permission to be seen. A Wedding Photographer Brand and Website Design for her!

This brand wasn’t meant to feel traditional.
It was meant to feel like a memory.

This project focused on creating a wedding photographer brand and website design that feels as honest and intentional as the work itself.

Wedding Photographer Brand and Website Design

Documentary honesty meets editorial refinement

The intention behind the design

From the very beginning, I knew this brand needed to live in two worlds:

Documentary honesty – the raw, unfiltered moments
Editorial refinement – the elevated, artful way those moments are preserved

Not one or the other. Both.

Because of that, every decision we made from typography to layout to color was rooted in that balance.

The Typography:

Soft structure, quiet romance.

The type system became the backbone of the entire brand.

At the same time, a high-contrast serif brings structure and sophistication, while a delicate script weaves in softness and movement. Together, they feel like: intention without rigidity, romance without cliché, elegance without effort.

Nothing feels forced. And that’s the point.

The Color Palette:

Fun, elevated, unexpected.

Instead of leaning into the expected neutrals, we introduced a pretty peridot tone paired with soft whites and deep burgundy contrast.

It feels: timeless, but not predictable – editorial, but still fun.

This subtle shift sets Morgan apart in a sea of sameness without ever feeling like it’s trying too hard.

Showit Website Design for Wedding Photographer

A website designed like an editorial spread

Not just a layout… a feeling

This wasn’t designed like a traditional photography website.

It was designed like a story unfolding.

Layered imagery. Intentional white space. Unexpected compositions that feel more like a magazine than a template.

Because Morgan’s work isn’t transactional.
It’s emotional.

Designed for the kind of clients who just get it

This experience was built to attract couples who:

care more about feeling than perfection
want their story documented, not staged
are drawn to art, texture, and meaning

The kind of people who don’t need to be convinced.
They just know when something feels right.

The Details That Make It Hers

Subtle Brand Elements With Meaning

The illustrations in this brand weren’t added just to make things feel soft or pretty; they’re rooted in how Morgan sees her role as a photographer.

At the center is the eye within the flower. A quiet symbol of witnessing. Morgan isn’t there to direct every moment or turn the day into something it’s not. She’s there to observe, to notice, to hold space for what’s already unfolding.

The moths represent her couples drawn to the light, moving naturally, existing within the moment rather than performing for it. Together, they tell a story of connection without interruption.

You’ll also see ovals woven throughout the brand and website.
A softer, more romantic alternative to hard edges, subtle but intentional. They bring in a sense of movement and intimacy, reinforcing the feeling that nothing here is rigid or overly structured.

Used sparingly, they add depth without overwhelming the experience.
Because this brand was never meant to be loud. It was meant to linger.

Your love, remembered like art

The heart of the brand

At its core, this brand is about one thing:

Holding onto the moments that matter exactly as they were.

The laughter you didn’t plan.
The quiet glances no one else noticed.
The way it all felt in real time.

This is what happens when you let yourself be fully inside it.

And this brand?
It makes space for that.

A brand that feels like coming home to yourself

This wasn’t about creating something new.

It was about uncovering what was already there and giving it a place to live.

Something honest, Something refined, Something that feels like you.
